I can't play the demonstration videos on your site?

Throughout this site you'll find a series of demo videos so that you can view a preview of the effect before you buy it. These videos are embedded in the product page and will start playing as soon as the page loads. If you have any problems getting the videos to play, the chances are you don't have the latest version of the Macromedia Flash plugin installed on your computer or for some reason you have it disabled. The plugin can be downloaded from the Macromedia web site (it is a very small file and should only take a minute or two to download and install). The chances are installing the latest version of this plugin will solve any problems you might be having.

You may also experience problems with the video clips if you are on a dial up connection, in this case however you should be able to wait for the clip to download (the status bar on the video will show how much is downloaded), and play the video when downloading is complete.

The sound plays but there is no picture?

Again downloading the latest version of the Flash Plugin from the Macromedia web site will usually solve this problem. You may need to restart your web browser for the plugin to function correctly.

I can't play your digital downloads and instructional videos?

Our digital downloads and instructional videos are available in Quicktime format. If you do not have the Quicktime player installed on your computer you will need to download it from the Apple web site. When you've done this you will be able to download and save these files onto your computer and play them in your own time.

How do I get my digital downloads and instructional videos?

Your digital download links will be emailed to you when you have paid for your order. The link will be an auto-generated URL that will be available for only 2 days or 2 download attempts. If you have problems downloading the file in this time, please contact us and we can reset the link for you.

Your instructional video clips will be supplied in the same way, however the link to these files will only be provided when your order has been dispatched.

Can I share your video clips with friends?

Just like songs, movies and TV shows, these videos are supplied under copyright and it is illegal to copy, share, sell or distribute them in any way without the expressed permission of the copyright holder. Please respect the copyright not just of our videos, but of all magic DVD's and videos by not participating in illegal downloading and file sharing. In a small, tighly knit world like the magic community, piracy really does cause harm to creators and inventors.
