Here you can find out a little bit about the people that work so hard making Magicbox tick. We feel we have a superb team - not only is everyone brilliant at their job but we're all the best of friends too...our Thursday nights out on the town here in Newcastle are legendary! On this page we'll dish some of the dirt so that you can get to know us a little bit better...

Clive Richardson
Although Clive has now handed over the reigns of Magicbox, he still pops in now and again to rant about the good old days when he was in charge in typical "When i was a lad" fashion.  Well known for his "Brown Noseing" he now only occasionally is there to pick up the phone, luckily for you lot it means you may get some straight forward sense from now on!

Carole Richardson
Carole works hard behind the scenes keeping the business running like a well-oiled machine. Carole is also a make up and face painting specialist...so feel free to ask for any advice...and while you're at it ask if it's OK for Clive to come out for a drink with us tonight! ;)

Gillian Stephenson (Partner)
Gillian deals with the day-to-day running of the Magicbox empire and everything else in between. She's the one that somehow manages to keep the rest of us organised and in line...and is always willing to go the extra mile to keep a customer happy! Just don't let her loose on that bottle of red wine!!

Michael Murray DipHyp.  (Partner)
Having had a keen interest in all things magical for more than 18 years, Michael now concentrates his efforts more on mentalism and hypnosis in which he now holds a diploma with distinction! That's not to say, however, that he doesn't still enjoy a good close-up session in the pub with, in true Geordie fashion, pint after pint going down very swiftly!

Graeme Shaw (Partner)
If Graeme isn't working at Magicbox, the chances are he'll be up performing for someone somewhere in the country. His free time is littered with children's shows, restaurant work, corporate events, and even stand up shows. And if he isn't performing, the chances are he is devoting time to the love of his life...his silver Toyota MR2 sports car!

Deborah Shanks
Deborah also deals with sales and mail orders...working hard to provide the quality customer service we've come to be known for. The hours of her day are spent solving problems and making sure the place runs like clockwork...a very difficult task when half of us come in hangover on a Friday morning!

Kris Rubens
Kris’ enthusiasm for magic is second to non!  When he isn't in the Three Bulls Heads enjoying a nice pint of extra chilled beer Kris is usually out performing close up magic for paying audiences.  He has a strong passion for anything Sankey (We think he is obsessed!) though he is always there to help you in any way he can!
