This guarantee only applies when all of the items you have ordered are in stock. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will call or email to inform you (this is why it is important to provide correct contact information). We may on some occasions send the rest of your order within the 24-hour period, and backorder any out of stock items.

*Please note that  WE DO NOT run a live stock system, so on rare occasions, an item set  to "in stock" on our website, may have sold out in the store. Therefore this item is not automatically updated on our site*
Orders paid for by cheque or postal orders do not qualify for this guarantee.

We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect details that may cause delays. Please check your shipping and billing addresses are correct, especially the postcodes, and also that your email address and phone number are valid. If your details are incorrect, this guarantee does not apply.

We cannot be held responsible if for any reason your credit or debit card declines. If this happens we will always attempt to contact you immediately, but on these occasions, this guarantee does not apply.

This guarantee applies to order dispatch only. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by Royal Mail, or a courier.

International orders (which often need to have their shipping costs checked), are not covered by this guarantee.


Free Next Working Day Delivery...

We offer free guaranteed next day delivery on all orders over £40. This applies to UK mainland orders only, placed before 3:00PM. Orders under £40 are charged at £2.50 for Royal Mail First Class Delivery, or £4.00 for a guaranteed next day service.

For our next day deliveries we use APC couriers, and deliveries take place all day up until 4.00PM. Your package will need to be signed for, so please make sure you select a delivery address where there will be someone there to sign for it.

Please note that all heavy parcels such as bricks of cards are sent via APC regardless of price.

International Deliveries...

We can deliver your goods anywhere in the world*. International packages are usually sent via Airmail for lighter orders, or by Surface Mail for heavier orders. Airmail takes between 3 and 5 working days, depending on where in the world you are, and Surface Mail takes around four to six weeks for those in Western Europe, up to four weeks for Eastern Europe, and up to eight weeks for the rest of the world. Surface Mail is generally a good deal cheaper than airmail. For international customers who require their goods in a hurry please let us know, as we can probably put your order on a quicker delivery for an extra cost.
