A spectator is asked to remove a card from the deck. The card is then replaced and cut into the deck. And the pack is placed back into the box or put into a cup. The magician asks that the card is concentrated on. As this is done one card slowly rises from the deck, this is the selected card. A very effective routine. (Supplied in Bicycle cards.)
