A regular red backed deck of cards is shown (both front and back). The magician then cuts to a random card. With a snap of his fingers the entire pack changes to match this card. You suggest to your audience that you will let them in on a little secret, you actually switched the deck. You now show that the backs of each and every card have changed colour.
Just when your spectators think that you are done, you offer to do it again. Another snap of the fingers and the faces change for a third time, the deck is flipped face down and the cards are spread revealing that the backs have also changed to a third colour too!
It simply does not get more visual than this, and all with a single pack of cards and zero sleights!
